It’s true there is strength in numbers, especially at SCULPT. With small groups of up to four, you get a built-in support network while maximizing your fitness dollar.
Our group training is an energetic, highly effective program that takes you and your group through various training workouts. From strengthening and toning to non-stop dynamic training, our fitness professionals make sure you have a fun and effective 60 minute workout whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Even though there’s a four person limit on groups, your individual results are limitless.
