MY REGIMEN
My typical routine is legs on the first day; triceps chest, and shoulders on the second day; and back, biceps, and abs on the third day. I train 4 times per week.
A healthier Body.
My diet is very different since I joined SCULPT. I have significantly decreased fats and added more fiber and protein. I have increased the number of times I eat per day, but do not exceed 2,000 calories. I also use whey protein supplements with L-glutamine and a multivitamin.
I started at 30% body fat and “needed work”, I am now down to 15.6% body fat and 30 pounds lighter with a developing physique. My SCULPT trainer gave me a routine to follow providing expert advice on proper training technique and diet, along with the motivation required to attain my goals. He took guesswork out of the exercise equation.
We all read books and articles on fitness and diet, then we think we can go at it alone. The SCULPT trainers provided that personal touch to help me accomplish what I set out to achieve: A healthier body.
